Shelter Shiver

Now in its 15th year, ALIVE Rescue's Shelter Shiver raises money to help save homeless animals throughout the Chicagoland area by challenging folks to jump into the icy waters of Lake Michigan. Participating individually or with a group, supporters can either jump all the way into the frigid water or just put their feet in. Head to Off Color Brewing after the plunge for a party featuring award prizes, goodie bags and a buffet spread.
