Saison Day

Maine brewery Allagash celebrates its love of saison farmhouse ales with an event devoted to the dry, carbonated beers. The Chicago event takes place at Off Color's Mousetrap taproom, which will tap its Apex Predator, House Lion and Hyper Predator beers in addition to saisons from Allagash, Jester King and Whiner.
