Promoters' ordinance

The now-tabled promoters’ ordinance would require independent promoters staging events at clubs like the Hideout to buy license and liability insurance. Many promoters say they can’t afford these new fees, which could cause the number of music fests and live shows to decrease drastically. Where do you stand on this proposed ordinance?
