For its ninth iteration, the Pivot Arts Festival tackles a question for the times: How might we imagine a better world post-pandemic? In response to that theme, 12 artists have created video installations and short live works—from an outdoor puppetry show to a moving gallery space—that envision a society learning and growing from isolation and the injustices illuminated by the Black Lives Matter movement. The festival will take place in both virtual and in-person events; because of capacity limits, advanced ticket purchase for each event is encouraged. Check out the festival's website for a full roster of performances.
