Pilsen Gourmet

Take a bite out of Latino food and culture at Pilsen Gourmet, a festival celebrating chefs from Pilsen and beyond representing more than 25 restaurants, including Carnivale, Carnitas Uruapan and Don Bucio's Taqueria. Guests will get to try unlimited samples of food from participating chefs as well as mezcal and tequila-based craft cocktails, micheladas and craft beer.
