O’Neil’s on Wells St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival

If you want to see bagpipers but don't feel like lining up in Grant Park for the St. Patrick's Day Parade, O'Neil's on Wells will keep you entertained during the holiday weekend—the Loop bar closes down part of Financial Avenue to throw a block party on parade day, and The Shannon Rovers Bagpipers will perform twice (at 2:30 and 5:30pm). Attendees will be able enjoy traditional corned beef or soak up the green booze with some pizza.
