Navy Pier Halloween Costume Contest

Dress in your best Halloween costume and head for the coast to participate in Navy Pier’s fourth annual costume contest. First, second and third place prizes will be awarded in the child and adult categories, with first place winners taking home a pair of round-trip American Airlines tickets. Registration begins at 7pm and will be cut off after the first 100 people.
