Gangnam Market's Lunar New Year Weekend Celebration

Head to Asian supermarket Gangnam Market between January 25-26 for a weekend of Lunar New Year celebrations. Vendors will be offering free food and drink samples alongside lion dance and drummer performances by Yu's Lion Dance Sports Association of Chicago (noon on Saturday, 3pm on Sunday), a performance by Ng Family Chinese Martial Arts Association (3pm on Saturday), appearances by costumed Pokemon characters, tanghulu—traditional Chinese candied fruit skewers—making, and more.
