Chicago’s top culinary talents are coming together for an unforgettable dinner at Salon 61 to raise funds for Los Angeles wildfire relief. Hosted by LA native and Tre Dita chef Evan Funke, the evening will kick off with a cocktail reception followed by a tasting menu—with wine pairings—by chefs Grant Achatz, Rick Bayless, Lee Wolen, CJ Jacobson, Meg Galus, Thai Dang, Hisanobu Osaka and Max Robbins. Proceeds will benefit World Central Kitchen.
