Dumpling Wars

Who makes the tastiest dumplings in Chicago? Marz Community Brewing is getting to the bottom of the heated debate with its first-ever Dumpling Wars, which gathers more than 20 local contenders to throw down, including Seoul Taco, Honey Butter Fried Chicken, Triple Crown and Brian Fisher of Michelin-starred Entente. A panel of experts will deliberate on the Dumpling King (or Queen!), while guests will crown the People's Choice Champion. Proceeds benefit Project Vision, which offers educational and personal assistance to children who live in Chinatown, Bridgeport and McKinley Park.
