Dumpling Fest presents: Wrappers Delight

The folks behind Baconfest are throwing the inaugural Dumpling Fest, which they punnily named Wrapper's Delight. Taking a global definition of "dumpling," the fest will feature dough-covered snacks from potstickers to pierogi to tortellini. Your ticket includes tastings of all kinds of dumplings form over 14 Chicago restaurants, as well as Goose Island beers and a cocktail from Lost Lake. The winner be granted the festival's coveted prize: The Dumpling d'Or.
