Doors Open Dishes, a nonprofit whose mission is to partner with local chefs and restaurants to benefit those with developmental and intellectual disabilities, hosts a fundraising dinner at Evanston’s LeTour. The evening will feature courses from chefs Todd Stein (Ballyhoo Hospitality), Charles Welch (RPM Seafood), Leigh Omilinsky and Bridget Shanahan (Daisies), and more, along with wine pairings from DAOU. Proceeds from the event will benefit The Susan Schnitzler Happy Faces Fund, which addresses the dental care needs of individuals in the disabled community.
