Italian beef, hot dogs, aquarium-smoked rib tips, jibaritos, saganaki and other famous Chicago delicacies are on the menu at this new food festival, which features 40 chefs sampling signature Chi-town eats and a keynote address from encased-meat expert Doug Sohn. Attendees are treated to tasting portions from all participating chefs—from spots like Black Dog Gelato, Hermosa, Le Bouchon and The Duck Inn—as well as seven boozy beverages.
