What is it about cold weather than makes some people want to take off their pants in public? Last month, riders stripped down for the annual No Pants Subway Ride and yesterday, a group of runners dropped trou to sprint through the streets of Wrigleyville. Temperatures didn't top 20 degrees, but that didn't stop the annual Cupid's Undie Run from going off without a hitch—some people just love weird things to do in Chicago this winter.
