Chef Mychael Bonner (Saranello’s, Di Pescara, Petterino’s and The Ivy Room) and Chef Lucie “Lulu” Ugbebor (A.O. Bistro) come together for a free cooking demo, celebrating Black and African-American cuisine in honor of Black History Month. Attendees will learn about West African cuisine and how to incorporate those flavors into a roast chicken. Tune in to watch along or pick up a meal kit from The Ivy Room ($35 per person) to get a kale salad, Lulu’s Roasted Chicken and a brown butter pound cake with salted caramel gelato for dessert.
