“Bread Head: Baking for the Road Less Traveled” Bake Sale

In honor of the release of his new book Bread Head: Baking for the Road Less Traveled, Publican Quality Bread's Greg Wade is baking up a laundry list of treats at this special one-day bake sale outside The Publican. Guests can mill around five stations of goods—each of which corresponds to a different section of the book—to shop baked treasures like buckwheat banana bread, sorghum fig tarts and rye focaccia with giardiniera and goat cheese, as well as a selection of coffee, breakfast cocktails and artisan goods from local makers. If you like what you taste, you can also pick up a (signed!) copy of the book.
