Aura Aura Pop-up

Have you ever wondered what your aura looks like? You can find out when "experiential portrait project" Aura Aura returns to the Ace Hotel on January 16, 18 and 19. The pop-up makes use of a special camera that spits out Polaroid-esque photos depicting a rainbow of colors, which correspond to the electromagnetic field surrounding your body. Each reservation includes an instant portrait of your aura, an informational card, a box to store the portrait and a personalized interpretation of your aura colors. On January 16 and 17, Aura Aura will be offering 50-minute pet aura photo sessions, allowing your dog to get in on the fun with the use of a special sensor. 20 percent of proceeds from pet sessions will be donated to local non-profit PAWS.
