Loretta J. Ross, a visting associate professor of the study of women and gender at Smith College and activist, will present a virtual guest lecture delving into the history of BIPOC reproductive justice in this event hosted by Columbia College Chicago's Museum of Contemporary Photography. Using a series of photographs from the Sophia Smith Collection of Women's History, Ross will explore themes of oppression and activism within the lens of reproductive justice. The event is free to attend, but donations are welcome.
