This new family-friendly show from writer-director Eli Newell offers a Chicago-based tale for local audiences. The year is 1983, and five workers at a holiday blues hotline are trying to wait out a freezing cold front when they receive an unexpected visitor and learn some valuable, seasonally appropriate lessons.
