MI LIKEY Until now, the NoMI name extended only as far as the Park Hyatt Chicago’s high-end restaurant. But, with the smart expansion of the hotel’s lifestyle brand, things have taken a turn at the seventh-floor spa (formerly a Tiffani Kim Institute outpost). In the words of spa director Rachel McCrory, it’s not about “fluffing and buffing” here. Instead, results-driven facials focus on anti-aging, with the use of French line Carita, or you can opt for a 60-minute Hydrafacial ($170), a noninvasive skin-resurfacing treatment previously offered only at medical spas and plastic-surgery offices. Other treatments include customized massages and body scrubs, as well as mani and pedis. Full-sensory experiences start with aromatherapy and end with a spa menu–inspired bite courtesy of NoMI chef Ryan LaRoche. Sounds like a lifestyle we could get used to. 800 N Michigan Ave (312-239-4200, nomispa.com).
