If you don’t know that the name of this new bar and grill is a Latin music term for rhythm, the bass thumping from the speakers will soon make it clear. Early in the evening, when the music isn’t so loud, the high-top tables are perfect for a meal of simple share plates: a fresh salad tossed with juicy bites of chicken; plump grilled shrimp with pungent crushed garlic; and creamy, housemade tres leches cake. Later, however, when you’ll likely be drinking more than eating, you’ll probably want to stick with the fiery wings.
