With a variety of live perfomances, British manor-style decór and a reservation-only policy, The Darling brings a new level of swankiness to the bustling West Loop. Sit downstairs in the Library and you'll be treated to pop-up performances from musicians, dancers and puppeteers (perched on a secret stage) while you dine. Upstairs in the Ballroom, you'll find heartier dishes on the menu (grilled sausages, short ribs and steak skewers) and a long list of intricate cocktails.
