Packed with kitschy decorations, this massive A-frame building is like some kind of Polish theme park. Most of the building materials and decorations were brought directly from the Podhale region in the Polish highlands, a place that serves as the inspiration for the menu. Stick with delicious, hearty dishes like the breaded pork cutlet stuffed with sheep cheese or the Highlander’s special (potato pancake topped with beef goulash).
