There’s a science to getting the most out of all-you-can-eat sushi ($18.99 dinner, $15.99 lunch), especially when you’re charged for uneaten pieces or rolls, as you are here. We’ve cracked the code. First, eat a light lunch. Then, rather than estimating how much sushi you can take down and ordering all at once, ask for a couple of rolls and pieces at a time, allowing for the rice to expand in your gut and signal you’ve had enough. What to order? Not surprisingly, the fish is cut pretty thinly, but even so, we liked the Rainbow roll (essentially a California roll topped with tuna, salmon, yellowtail and shrimp) and the Michigan roll, which adds tempura bits to its spicy tuna.
