This omakase spot debuted in fall 2023, joining Sushi Bar siblings in Austin, Miami and Dallas. Nestled inside a 375-square-foot space, the restaurant presents 17 courses of immaculate bites, including signature creations like aged bluefin akami with dehydrated red miso and everything bagel spice; Hokkaido scallop with white truffle salt, shaved black truffle and truffle caviar; and A5 wagyu with brown butter miso.
