Steamers, Fryers & Flat Tops Dinner

Charles Welch (formerly of Sepia) and Lindsey Betland (The Drifter) are teaming up for a dinner at an unlikely spot—Lakeview hot dog joint Flub a Dub Chub's. They'll be serving a three-course Asian-inspired meal cooked on the flat-top as well as cocktails and beers.
