The Ste Martaen half of the biz is Laviyah Ayannah Israel, who has combined her vegan cheese business with Soul Veg to bring her dairy-free creations along for the ride while peddling the restaurant’s prepackaged meals, greatest hits such as “cheese”steak sandwiches, barbecue “chicken” on pita and scrambled tofu tacos.
