Nick Spencer, another market veteran turned shop owner, modeled his adorable food shop after farmhouses in the U.K. It’s stocked with his British and Irish sausages and dry-cured bacon, as well as an array of both imported goodies (expat staples such as HP sauce) and local food products. Stop in for a cup of tea and grab a scone or hearty pig-in-a-blanket for the ride home.
Update: In May 2014, Spencer's moved to Southport and added a much longer food menu, with dinner and tea.
