Soon you’ll swoon over the focaccia-like bread with a block of crumbly feta cheese, tart pickles and ripe tomatoes. Enjoy, but don’t go too crazy—you’ll want to leave room for the kashkeh bodemjan, a soft, savory eggplant puree with an underlying tang of yogurt; the sotani, juicy prime-rib kebab alongside another kebab of ground beef, lamb and veal; and the gormeh sabzi, a sprightly beef stew full of mouth-puckering herbs and lime.
