At this point, one has to wonder if Chipotle feels flattered by all the businesses appropriating its model, or if the company simply feels, well, ripped off. Either way, this entry into the Chipotle-esque market probably won't garner much notice from the Mexican behemoth. The Indian wraps, rice bowls and salads are middling in creativity and merely solid in execution, with decent chutneys and proteins but only a small variety of add-ins (such as vegetables and sauces). Try it once and you might be impressed…but your visits to the real Chipotle will not be dented.
