Latin fusion is the name of the game at this upscale River North restaurant where Cuban, Puerto Rican and Peruvian influences mingle on the dance floor and in the kitchen. The glammed-up, mojito-sipping clientele is usually loud and lively. If you’re looking for a little more privacy, the six-seat, reservation-only chef’s room gives front-row seats to the chef’s culinary show. Latin bands and DJs perform on weekends, and complimentary salsa lessons are held Wednesday through Saturday.
