Hand your roll to the man behind the counter and choose from generous quantities of prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and ridiculously good sopressata. Many of the items are made or cured in-house, including the mozz, the sopressata and the capocollo. Before you check out, take some time to scan the aisles for imported pastas, olives, tomatoes and sweets.
