It’s slim pickings for Chinese-food lovers in this neighborhood, which may be why Papajin has retained its brisk business. That’s not to knock on the food: The part-Chinese, part-Japanese menu covers the basics (hi there, General Tsao) just fine, and you may be pleasantly surprised by the white cliff maki (a shrimp tempura roll with a creamy avocado-mayo topping).
