When in Chinatown, it’s often hard to distinguish between the good, the bad and the General Tsao’s chicken. But if you’re at this popular pick, you should do okay. Start with crispy shrimp dumplings (the menu says they’re pan-fried, but they look dropped-in-a-vat to us) and follow them with the pork chop in a sweet, aromatic barbecue sauce and crispy shrimp coated in a salty, spicy mix that stars the revered Szechuan peppercorn.
