It takes about three slices of this cracker-crust pizza to equal the heft of a normal slice, so if you’re thinking that a large pie is going to feed four people…well, think again. This stuff goes down fast and easy, not only because it’s thin but because it’s got all the right addictive qualities: cheesy, saucy, herbaceous and piled with fresh, organic toppings. The lasagna is mostly cheese, though, so stick to the pies, and maybe the satisfying antipasto salad and, finally, the housemade chocolate cake. (You’ve been eating organic, remember—you’ve earned the splurge.)
