Little Bucharest Bistro

While the standout dish at this cozy Romanian restaurant is the sausage-stuffed chicken thigh, most of the menu is dedicated to traditional Eastern European fare, like the signature braised short rib goulash. There is an accordion player who roams the dining room, so at least someone in the place is making music. (FYI: You can BYOB Monday through Thursday to sweeten the deal.)
