Technically this Humboldt Park mainstay is a food truck (trailer is more like it), but we’ve never seen it so much as budge. The owners know better than to change up the location given the constant stream of locals seeking Puerto Rican fare in all its greasy glory. As the illustration of a happily skewered pig on the side of the truck suggests, it’s all about the pork here, from pulled lechonasado over fluffy yellow rice to baseball-size mofongo. Even the mini jibarito sandwiches highlight pork (rather than the traditional steak), which makes taking the pig to go as easy as pork pie.
