La Boulangerie Bakery & Café (CLOSED)

Any neighborhood would be lucky to have a place to buy fresh-baked baguettes, flaky croissants and precious pastries, such as faintly chocolatey financiers and pastel-colored macarons. While you can find all those things (and more) at La Boulangerie, don’t expect to be transported to Paris. The thrown-together space and sparse pickings lack a certain…je ne sais quoi.
