A small, unassuming Japanese restaurant just off the bustling Halsted Street corridor in Lincoln Park, Kameya offers a mighty selection of sushi at fairly reasonable prices. You'll find generous platters stacked with cuts of tuna, salmon and hamachi alongside various nigiri and maki rolls (the signature Kameya Roll is a compact fish feast). And while you may be tempted to load up on sushi, you shouldn't overlook Kameya's ramen—which sports a buttery yet surprisingly light broth—as well as crispy tonkatsu and chicken katsu.
