Is there something in the water in Ohio? The state turns out ridiculously good ice cream, like Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams, which landed here in 2013. Cincinnati-based Graeter’s arrived this year, bringing its indulgent chocolate-swirled ice creams, like the sweet black cherry chip.
