How does a lobster roll fare as a “naanwich”? Not so badly, actually. There’s no skimping on fresh lobster, but still, something about the combination of lobster-roll filling and the Indian-food vessel (which serves as the wrap for all sandwiches here) doesn’t jibe. The wild boar with olives and pickled onions fares better, and sweets from Fritz Pastry are a plus. Chef-owner Matt Maroni uses this storefront to produce “naanwiches” for a food truck as well, which can be found on Twitter at @wherezthewagon.
