The portions are generous, the room is comfortable and the food is reliable. This, plus the place’s ability to glide from family-friendly pasta joint to romantic trattoria as the night progresses, is what packs ’em in every night. Good bets are crispy calamari, quatro stagioni pizza, rosemary-laced roasted chicken and housemade sorbetti. The food isn’t going to conjure any memories of travels to Italy, but in Little Italy’s gradually less-Italian landscape, this is a safe venture.
