Feast was an early player in the Bucktown restaurant scene, and it has maintained its popularity as a casual neighborhood joint thanks to three things: a menu of big-flavored comfort foods such as mac and cheese with roasted tomatoes and smoked bacon, and sweet tea-glazed pork chops with black eyed peas; a generous BYOB policy on Mondays and Tuesdays, when the restaurant doesn't charge a corkage fee; and, in the summer, a spacious, shaded outdoor patio.
