The latest location of Brad Rubin's Eleven City Diner features some dazzling upgrades that cater to the Lincoln Park crowd. This outpost offers the corned beef and pastrami that the South Loop location is famous for, but it also features some new additions destined to become fan favorites. The Counter Salad is a make-your-own salad bar with every imaginable topping, from kale to couscous to quinoa to gluten-free falafel. Speaking of gluten-free, Eleven Lincoln Park can prepare any sandwich with gluten-free bread. Also be sure to try the Black and White French toast, made with braided challah bread topped with white and milk chocolate sauce and a good pretzel dusting. Wash down your meal with a frosted mug of the craft-brewed root beer, available cask-aged or blonde.
