It's with absolutely no hesitation that we proclaim Edzo's the best thing that has ever come out of Evanston. And now— hallelujah!—we don't even have to go the 'burbs to get a taste. The city location offers the same insane Nutella milk shakes and the best fries on the planet, but it does differ in one key regard: There's no grill, so rather than having the choice between a thick or thin burger, only the crispy-edged, griddled patties are served. If you complain about this, you deserve to be exiled to Evanston.
