Established in 2014, Christie's Dairy Delights is a family owned business, coffee shop, ice cream parlor and bakery all in one. Located in downtown Palatine, Christie's serves Metropolis Coffee, baked goods from Deerfield's Bakery and 32 flavors of Ashby's ice cream. They also have handmade gourmet dog treats plus a kids section filled with games and huge chalkboard to satisfy every member of your family.
