Businesspeople on a power lunch, couples dining before heading to the Goodman and even slightly more adventurous tourists can be found gawking at the chefs behind the exhibition kitchen and squinting to read the excerpts from Marco Polo’s diary that are (for better or worse) inscribed into the floor tiles.
