The motto of this bagel spot, whose original location is in Lincoln Park, is “Open early, open late, open minded.” Here are some examples of that last part: The men’s bathroom is labeled AREA 51; a poster of a “Tonya Harding Club” sandwich shows Harding attacking Nancy Kerrigan with a baton next to the words Turkey, Ham, Bacon, Colby and Swiss; and the Rice Krispies treat is made with Cocoa Puffs and Cinnamon Toast Crunch (far superior cereals, in our humble opinion). There are also about a million types of bagel sandwiches and regular sandwiches, all of which are steamed: They’re fine, if unamusing.
