With only a smattering of tables and stools, this tucked-away sushi house is ideal for folks who like their fish with a dose of intimate, family-run personality. Begin with ika sansa, a wildly flavorful marinated squid, and the tatiki salad of mixed greens topped with flame-seared tuna. The bright and fresh maki rolls come with whimsical names like Granny Smith, Smoky Bear and our favorite, Winter Blossom (salmon, yellowtail and Japanese mint muddled with black tobiko).
