This tourist-packed, Disneyland-like version of a rickety New Orleans shrimp shack sports all the proper decorative contrivances like chipping paint, seafaring kitsch, a zydeco soundtrack and the requisite menu of shrimp dishes and other “Dixieland favorites” like baby back ribs. Clothing, stuffed shrimp dolls and “Run Forest Run” license plates are sold in the gift shop.
